The Kagools are a multi award-winning physical comedy duo. Since their first full-length show in 2014, they’ve quickly gained fans far and wide with their unique brand of wordless (but far from silent) spontaneous, anarchic buffoonery.
An equally sought-after headline act both at home and overseas, their critically acclaimed shows have toured extensively, with recent international appearances including Australia, Norway, the Netherlands, Vietnam, Singapore and Indonesia.
In 2017 they won both the Adelaide Fringe and Amused Moose award for Best Comedy Show.
Pure genius … side-splittingly hilarious
Originally from Birmingham, though she asks you not to hold that against her, Lindsey Santoro has been active on the national comedy circuit since 2014.
Lindsey made the semi-finals of BBC Radio 4’s New Comedy Awards in 2016 and describes her style as a mix of the down-to-earth and the madcap.
One of the most naturally hysterical and gifted comedians in recent memory
Multi-award winning comedian Tom Taylor has received high praise from audiences and critics alike. His unique brand of musical comedy is smart and silly in equal measure and he can boast an impressive stock of quirky, and very funny, musical one-liners.
In 2013 Tom reached the final of the prestigious So You Think You’re Funny? competition, previously won by Dylan Moran, Lee Mack and Peter Kay. In 2014, he reached the final of the Hobgoblin Comedy Award and, the following year, won the inaugural Great Yorkshire Fringe New Comedian of the Year competition.
Recently, Tom has performed on Radio 2 and Radio 4 Extra as part of the BBC Radio New Comedy Award and has supported John Kearns, Simon Munnery and Abandoman on tour.
His brand of nervous, neurotic musical comedy – coupling deliberately simplistic tunes on an old Casio keyboard with cleverly constructed lyrics and smart wordplay – is an absolute delight.”
