Lloyd Langford is a stand-up comedian, writer and an actor of incredibly limited range. You may have seen him on QI or Never Mind The Buzzcocks or heard him on The Rhod Gilbert Show or The Unbelievable Truth.
With his winning combination of jokes, personal anecdotes, petty grievances and offbeat observations, Lloyd has been invited to comedy festivals all over the world, including Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Montreal’s Just For Laughs Festival and the Christchurch Busker’s Festival.
A collection of absolutely top-class standalone jokes
A comedic tour-de-force, Justin recently brought back tiger-faced Young Kenny for the record-breaking run of Phoenix Nights Live at The Manchester Arena, which raised over £5 million for Comic Relief, told fantastic tales about Australia and Manchester on Live at the Apollo, won the Champion of Champions on 5 live’s Fighting Talk and appeared as Dean the rival cricketing landlord on Coronation Street. All this as well as helming his own critically acclaimed podcast About 30 Minutes, No More Than 45 and releasing his first DVD, Live in Salford.
Justin’s comedy has taken him on tour to Australia, China, Japan and the Middle East and he has performed stand-up on television a number of times including several series of Live at the Comedy Store, Dave’s One Night Stand and was one of the guests on the Blackpool leg of Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow.
Justin’s other credits include Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled, Ken Loach’s Looking for Eric, Max and Paddy’s Road To No-Where, Shameless and he was a winner of Celebrity Mastermind.
He charms the pants off the crowd
Bio coming soon.
Multi-award winning comedian Tom Taylor has received high praise from audiences and critics alike. His unique brand of musical comedy is smart and silly in equal measure and he can boast an impressive stock of quirky, and very funny, musical one-liners.
In 2013 Tom reached the final of the prestigious So You Think You’re Funny? competition, previously won by Dylan Moran, Lee Mack and Peter Kay. In 2014, he reached the final of the Hobgoblin Comedy Award and, the following year, won the inaugural Great Yorkshire Fringe New Comedian of the Year competition.
Recently, Tom has performed on Radio 2 and Radio 4 Extra as part of the BBC Radio New Comedy Award and has supported John Kearns, Simon Munnery and Abandoman on tour.
His brand of nervous, neurotic musical comedy – coupling deliberately simplistic tunes on an old Casio keyboard with cleverly constructed lyrics and smart wordplay – is an absolute delight.”
