A former finalist on Channel 4’s So You Think You’re Funny?, Michael Fabbri has been a stand up since 2003 and regularly performs at major comedy clubs throughout the UK and all over the world.
With an affable and electric style of comedy, in 2012 Michael was nominated as Best Club Comic in the Chortle Awards.
Michael has also worked as a writer for Radio and TV and recently had his own stand up series Dyslexicon on BBC Radio 4. He has performed several solo shows at the Edinburgh Fringe and worked as a support act for Micky Flanagan, Lucy Porter and Stephen K Amos.
Exceptionally funny, extremely sharp, hugely enjoyable
A previous So You Think You’re Funny? finalist, Jenny has written for BBC Radio 4’s The News Quiz, Huffington Post and Glamour Magazine and has traveled the world with her comedy. She has performed in Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore, Switzerland and Australia where she won the Percy Award for most tickets sold in ‘The Imaginarium’, (over 1900 tickets) during the Adelaide Fringe.
In August 2016 Jenny performed her debut hour at the Edinburgh Fringe to great critical acclaim receiving a host of four and five star reviews. She has gone on to appear on The Rhod Gilbert Show and Jack Dee’s HelpDesk.
Very likeable … clearly a rising star
Danny McLoughlin began performing stand-up in 2007 and quickly reached the finals of the Chortle Student Comedian of the Year competition. He went on to perform as part of the prestigious Big Value Comedy Show at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2009 and, the following year, supported Al Pitcher on his UK tour. More recently, he has supported both Micky Flanagan and Sean Lock on their national tours and was crowned Best MC at the UK Comedy Awards 2016.
With an amiable, confident stage presence and a well written set Danny delivers material with more than just an immediate pay-off line, preferring to take the joke one or two steps further. Confident enough to take a risk on stage he does so not to the detriment of the audience, keeping them laughing along or hanging on every word. Not many comics could get a laugh from the notion of retro chocolate bars but Danny manages a full, gag packed routine with ease.
Danny has also appeared on Dave’s One Night Stand alongside Al Murray, Andy Zaltzman and Richard Herring.
He can recite an advertising jingle and still get plenty of laughs
